Marian Retreat: Loving Mary through the Rosary May 13 @ Basilica St. Adalbert's

If there existed a deep, rushing river whose waters gave eternal wisdom to anyone who drank them, wouldn’t you want to seek it out? Well, such a river does exist: It’s called the Rosary, and it’s within arms’ reach of anyone.  But to drink of its waters, we have to discover its secrets: its connection to the Mother of God, and her connection to Christ.

May 13 is the anniversary of the apparition of Our Lady to three shepherd children in the small village of Fatima in Portugal in 1917. We invite you to join us this Mry 13, as we go deeper in understanding of this wonderful prayer.

Seven Sisters Apostolate launch workshop

Are you looking for new ideas to bless your ministry? For ways to bless your parish? We are excited to share with you a wonderful apostolate called Seven Sisters that we are praying will spread throughout the Diocese.

Holy Hour for your priest

Seven Sisters Apostolate is “a call to strengthen the Church by ensuring that a Holy Hour is prayed each day of the week for the intention of a specific priest or bishop…a lavishing of prayer for his deeper conformity to Christ”.  Seven women each commit for one year to devote a Holy Hour on a specific day of the week, ideally in front of the Blessed Sacrament. This results in one hour a day, every day of the year, with prayers for you, your ministry, and for a deepening devotion to Our Lady. There is nothing asked of you in this program.

Interview with the Founder

Join us as we talk with the founder of this apostolate Janette Howe about how this apostolate came about and the fruits that she has seen from it not only in her home parish, but around the world.
